Local and on-tap in The County.

We’re pairing our farm-to-table cuisine with farm-to-pint craft beers. Styles range from bitter IPAs to easy drinking saisons and strong stouts. Keep an eye out for featured brews using farmed or even foraged, in-season ingredients. Collaborative efforts bring breweries together for tasty, local experiments and many brew pubs will pour you a tasting flight of what The County breweries have to offer. Our historic roots in the ‘Barley Days’ of the late 1800s – when one-third of The County was dedicated to growing barley for beer – are fondly remembered as hop yards and barley fields return to supply the ingredients for hyper-local brews.
