The Grist Mill

The Grist Mill is a wedding and event venue located in Consecon. It’s a funky space that’s incredibly unique to PEC. We started with an old rustic Gristmill and added a modern, eclectic vibe. Each wallpaper, neon sign, tile, styling point and piece of décor was intentionally chosen.

Four days a week, The Grist Mill operates as a public space where guests can gather to share a drink, while enjoying live music, drag events and food from pop-up caterers.

We serve food at The Grist Mill on Friday night and for Sunday brunch. On Thursdays you’ll find Adega Wine Bar popping up with wine tastings and small bites. Saturdays Matty Boy BBQ graces us with his Texas Style BBQ.

The property itself hosts the venue & 2 Airbnbs, making accommodations easy & accessible.
