Built into a limestone hill, our brewery offers stunning panoramic views of The County from our taproom and patio. We currently produce clean, balanced, easy drinking ales and lagers but we will be introducing mixed-fermentation beers from our cellar as our barrel program evolves over the coming months and years. All our beer is proudly brewed with 100% Ontario malt.
