Our sandwich vision is to produce a handmade product from locally sourced farms & artisan-cured meats without unnecessary additives, preservatives or fillers. Flossie’s gives customers a tangible connection to a growing sustainable food movement in Prince Edward County while supporting other small businesses and increasing awareness and appreciation for nose-to-tail eating.

Likewise, as believers in the farm-to-table movement, we’re also committed to providing high quality produce and spreads, using ingredients and supplies from local farmers and businesses whenever possible.
