Humble Bread

Humble Bread is a small independently-owned bake shop in the heart of Prince Edward County, Ontario, housed in a circa 1870 barn.

Our goal is to provide our community with high quality naturally-leavened breads which allow for greater nutrition and better digestibility.  All of our breads are baked in a large custom-designed wood-fired oven which offers unique quality and characteristics.

We always source the highest quality ingredients from local farmers and producers who use only organic or sustainable growing methods.

We sell naturally leavened wood-fired organic bread and freshly fire-roasted coffee beans.
